I never said changing it to trolling. I'm simply adding a section describing the issues the game is having on the PS3. Rest of the article stays the same, just adding a section so others know about this and can make an educated decision on whether or not to buy.
Here, you guys can help if you want. This is what I have so far:
=== PS3 Framerate Issues and PR Fallout ===
While the game received stellar reviews, it has also been plagued with a number of errors and glitches. The Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC versions of the game all have specific problems.
It's been reported by those who own the Xbox 360 that there is a specific issue with textures not scaling properly if the game is installed to the Xbox 360 hard-drive [[http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1258645-texture-scaling-on-360/ Texture Scaling Problems on 360 version of Skyrim] November 11, 2011. Retrieved November 19, 2011.]. On the PC, some users have experienced numerous crashes while playing the game.[[http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1270631-crashes-during-gameplay/ Bethesda's PC Support Forum] November 15, 2011. Retrieved November 18, 2011.] The largest problems, however, seem to exist on the Playstation 3. Days after the game was released, [http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/forum/182-playstation-3/Bethesda%27s Playstation 3 support forum] was flooded with gamers claiming the game had become unplayable, seemingly due to an issue with their save file becoming too large for the Playstation 3 to properly handle. As the week progressed, many gaming journalists began to pick up on the issue as well. David Houghton, Content Editor at GamesRadar.com, went so far as to publish a scathing editorial on the issue, in which he says:
''" . . . apparently Bethesda had no idea that the game it had spent years building and testing was so broken. I mean it can’t have known. Otherwise it’s quietly, knowingly released a busted product and cynically dikeed over a large part of its fan-base."''
Many users also noted this was not a new problem among Bethesda games, and had also existed in Oblivion, Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition, and Fallout: New Vegas.
These three issues, in addition to a number of smaller, less serious bugs players players have encountered in the game, have led some to speculate the game was rushed to release before it was ready.
