Not sure if this is possible pre-Creation Kit, but I was wondering where all the staffs were in Skyrim. I remember them being everywhere in Oblivion, with the ability to enchant them. Thoughts? Unless I'm crazy and there's a way to do it in Skyrim that I have yet to discover...

You cannot 'craft' staves in Skyrim. I"m not sure if you can enchant them or not. Anything like this would also not be possible without the Creation Kit.

Yeah, wait for the creation kit im sure there will be clothing crafting (look at all that damn cloth you can find, was probably planned but cut due to time constraint) and staves too.

You can enchant stuff using the Arcane Enchanter but you need to disassemble magic items to learn the spells you need.

Do you mean plain, non-enchanted staves so that you can enchant them yourself? If so, I believe I can make this happen.
