The Vampire Nation

I know that it is most likely that this subject has been covered, however I have searched and was unable to find the answers that I seek, therefore I must ask and hope for positive responses. :unsure2:

We know that vampires are confirmed, but what else has been said? Will there be a Vampire nation with its own laws and rules, leaders and nobles? Will you even be able to interact with others of your kind, (Dumb question I know, or is it? If one were to reflect upon Oblivion for a moment you may recall that even though you were a vampire, others of you kind saw you as the enemy and treated you as such, therefore the need to ask arose.) Most importantly, will you be able to embrace others creating more of your kind? (This would be very cool by the way.) Will you have deity like power that allow you to do spectacular things, or will it be as it was in the past where being a vampire meant that you became very ugly, was easily burnt by the sun if you did not feed on time, ask yourselves, is that enough to be called a Vampire or do we hope for more?

In Cyrodiil there was a vampire mini nation with members with strict rules and tenets, they called themselves the Order. We haven't seen them in the game. In the game so far we have heard of three non-hostile vampire NPC's, one of which is a

I don't know, you're certainly entitled to your own opinion, but to me they don't sound very different or better than the oblivion ones. I mean what do you get? Frost resistance, drain life, resurrect dead.... all of these things you could do with spells. I guess I could see the resurrect dead spell being cool if at its strongest form you can resurrect cooler things than you could with spells (like a giant for instance). But otherwise I'm a little peeved that vampirism is still ass backwards in that feeding makes you weaker. If in addition there are no quests that involve you being a vampire, then I will just avoid vampirism until a mod comes out.

Its not backwards, I don't think so anyways. In Brom Stoker's Dracula, the title character gets younger and more healthy the more he feeds, and less monstrous, (and also he can go out in the sun at any time, he just is severly weakened by it). Vampires in Skyrim just seem to be even more based off Dracula in terms of abilities and weaknesses that before.

Side lore note for anyone who cares, the disease has a different name now, Sanguine Vampiris, so my guess would be this is a new strain of vampirisim that evolved from the cyrodillic vampires.
