At times when transitioning from city to outside, or dungeon to outside, or any place that goes from point A to B where you are actually getting the graphic picture for the load time. The screen instead just goes black, no sound, nothing. The xbox360 then starts accessing the HD or the DVD like mad, for a good 1 to 2 minutes before the normal load screen comes up and everything continues as normal. Doesn't happen all the time, seems to occur more the longer game is played. Any ideas as to what is causing this.

Have a 4g HD with a 8g Flash drive connected. And game is running off DVD, Majority of save files, patch, other game stuff on flash drive with system stuff on xbox HD.

Have also had game lock up when trying to do too many thingss at once, like a dragon landing (causing controller to vibrate) while you are trying to access a menu while being hit by some other enemy. Left with vibrating controller and frozen game.
