I've run into this problem twice now. First time it was from killing the Dragon at Shearpoint, now the mages during a 'Night to Remember' Quest.

When you go into the menu then go to go into Magic, the game freezes, thus forcing the user to manually turn off there PS3. I had to delete one of my best characters because of this. now I have loads of different saves, like what the Tech people on the phone said to do. I cleaned out the cache, but this is annoying. Because most people like to save after a huge fight, then go into there menu to see what they have gotten. Not having it freeze to the point of no return.

This might be due to my nature of saving {waiting auto save} then opening the menu as it's just finishing. I'm not sure

Ether way it's a pain, please fix this

How do you clean the cache?

I'm pretty sure resetting your PS3 works.

Same problem here had to start over and I'm now past the point where i was when it 1st screwed up, larger save file, and no problems so far *crossing fingers*

I'm running into it all over the place now. making it near impossible to play. Kill a dragon and get a word of power. freeze on magic menu. kill an elf, getting a spell book from the body, going to fave it. freeze. walking and remembering i needed to fave something freeze. getting fed up. I can hardly play anymore
