Hey guys,
I'm having a problem with Skyrim. In the quest Diplomatic Immunity, I get as far as sneaking into the kitchen but when asked to retrieve my items from the chest I do so and the NPC doesn't react and I can't continue because all the door are locked. Is there something I can do? Please Help =(.

Also I have tried going back to multiple saves and it does the same thing.

Turns out I was doing it wrong, I didn't see the door. I was expecting the NPC to do something but there was a door on the left. My mistake. Lock the thread.
