So I was tasked to find the Imperial runner and get the documents from him.
I traveled to Rorikstead where is spoke to the inn keeper about the location of the runner,
he mentioned that the runner would be back soon so i waited about 8 hours and sure enough he appeared in the inn.
so far so good ...

I engaged in converstation with the runner about the documents and he began to fight me.
so I just defended my self and killed him ...
the murder was witnessed by the inn keeper but everything seemed normal.
when i left the inn I was confronted by stormcloak guards with a bounty of 1000 gold
... WTF?

Rorikstead is Stormcloak territory ... Im a stormcloak ... stormcloaks hate imperials ... it was self defence ... i was ordered
by the frigin stormcloak general and they want to arrest me
is this ment to happen and if not how do i fix it aside from running away?
