Question about the Arena

Ok I've seen videos and read reviews but I haven't seen or at least don't remember anything about the arena in this game?!??! How can that be when my favorite part from Morrowind and Oblivion was the areana questline? Can someone please confirm it is in there for me? I know I'm going to love killing dragons the most in this game but I'd like to know the arena is there too!
