Warning! Might be a spoiler!

I am doing the quest for the Companions to turn into a werewolf. I just woke up with one of the Companions in the woods and I have to kill some people, but I can't switch out of 3rd person. It is like I am still in werewolf form, is this a glitch? Can I fix it?
