As the title says I'm having trouble with "The Cursed Tribe" quest.

I have to kill a giant for an Orc chief but the giant drops normal loot and no "Shagrol's Hammer"

I've tried reloading several times, even doing the whole cave from the start but nothing works. Has anyone else encountered this?
