Firstly, I apologize if this is mentioned somewhere else.

So, about 9 times out of 10 when I try to access any menu (main, inventory, favourites, vendor, etc.) I cannot scroll through them. Obviously very annoying, but also extremely hindering, as I can't swap weapons/spells, save, or even loot very often.

Is there anyone else with this problem? Is there anything I could do to prevent this? And will this be fixed in the next patch?
Oh, also this is on the 360
