Trying to escape the noob zone, and after fighting some Imperial scum and going through the gate, the Nord guy says, "Can't go back that way now..." after the gate closes. Then crash... I'm at the desktop, no error message to speak of.

disable v-sync. Had same problem and had laggy mouse as well... disabled it and it now runs smoothly and no crashing after the gate drops as well.

I had to force v-sync off from desktop nvidia settings.
