I remember the movie was a cartoon/anime in a language that wasn't English and it featured 3 old women being pursued by men in black suits (like agents in The Matrix). At the end they compete in a bike race but on stationary exercise bikes where a projection screen is in front of them. Sound familiar? I believe it's pretty famous but I can't find anything on it
