given the games numerous issues on pc why isnt there a sticky at the top of the thread asking people for USEFUL information? seriously every [censored] comes on here and tells a grand tale of how he fixed his rage problems by copying random ass files to some random ass directory and chanting something from the friggin necronomicon but NOBODY is smart enough to be consistent with their exact issue and exact pc specs! how about you guys get uniform with your information at least a tiny friggin bit so the devs have at least SOMETHING to go on! "ooh this crazy crap I just did worked for me and it will work for 99.99999999% of the rest of you too!" (ok do you have 32 bit or 64 bit windows?, windows 7, vista, xp? NOBODY KNOWS CUZ YOU DIDNT MENTION THAT IN YOUR CRAP POST! yippee it works for you but maybe, just maybe we can all come together and help the devs figure out what the heck is wrong with the game we all just shelled out $$ for! I propose an idea:

issue: after intro video when starting a game the scrolling text that eventually shows up as EDEN PROJECT is incredibly slow, like 1 fps slow after about 10 mins still in cryopod just chugging along at 1fps.

I think the biggest missing piece of info that people tend to leave out is whether their windows install is 32 or 64 bit does anyone have this running correctly under win732bit?

seriously after reading through hundreds of posts of it works for me!!!!! or still broke for me :~( I almost gave up and realized we all deserve this if nobody can figure out what info is actually useful for devs....but then I decided to post this rant....and I feel better now

but.... as you can see right above your reply a guy chimes in with his working setup leaving out one vital bit of info that seems to actually matter to this game (from what I have read anyways) Hey Kaz05051 you running 32bit or 64bit on that rig? :-/

PESSIMISM ALERT: I am not hopeful that inconsistent bug reports are what's standing in the way between me and a patch. But I am optimistic to see how well insulting people will work to improve them!

Are you serious? You quote the entire first post, despite being the second poster? It's not like people forget everything they just read.

Devs should sticky guides that have fixed the problems of three or more RAGE users. For example, FusedCore's Steam thread has been largely successful. My guide (see my signature) has helped about 3-5 people here (judging from their posts of appreciation). If only devs would sticky these guides, there wouldn't be usefull threads that get buried under other, redundant ones.
