So i Just started getting this little gem of an error....When ever i go to equip an item in my case it was the staff of fireballs i hit RT or LT the item menu acknowledges that i want to equip the item but instead of doing so after i exit the menu i drop the staff every time(this occurs with any weapon i did check to see if just the staff was bugged). I am also unable to switch between the local map and the world map with the X button any longer as it just causes the map to close as if i hit the B button instead. I have tried restarting my console as well as loading back to other saves and i have checked my settings and all the hot-keys are still on default settings, the game is still playable but i would rather have my fireball staff combo hitting like a truck rather than duel casting....anyone else have this problem?

Are you trying to equip items with lb and rb? Or do you mean lt and rt?
