I just started the stormcloaks quest (I'm on the Jagged Crown, the objective says to talk to Galmer) and I'm at the part in the main quest where I'm supposed to talk to Ulfric about the peace council. The Problem is that these two quests clash. When I try to talk to Ulfric, he says I'm supposed to talk to Galmer about the Jagged Crown quest, and when I talk to Galmer, he says he can't believe I got Ulfric to agree to go to the peace council, which I never did. Basically I can't progress with either quest.

I've got the same issue here except mine started when turning in the first quest to Galmar. I can't continue in this game and Bethesda isn't saying [censored] about it! Tried to join the imperials to fail the stormcloak quest but it won't even let me join the imperials!! I have 45 hours into this game, level 38 and I can't continue. About ready to sell it on craigslist for a hoker, at least I'll get to finish somehow.
