lets just say i've had a problem with almost every aspect of the game and the problems are becoming more and more frequent to the point where i just don't want to play this game anymore. that says a lot when you look at my usename and then learn i bought the collector's edition for my ps3 and the pc edition when i've still to build a rig powerful enough to run it. i also have a 360 at my girlfriends and was planning to buy a copy for that to. i have NEVER did that for a game before, well i do have one or two games for both the 360 and ps3 but i didn't spend anywhere near the amount of money on them as i did for skyrim, 1 would be new then the other second hand a while later. but i was so excited for this i splashed out, thinking i would be showing my support and thanks to the team who made skyrim and bethesda .i can't even put into words how i feel right now but depressed, let down, angry, frustrated would be a start but not enough.

it's not even anything to do with the money, i'm just so let down. i supported bethesda for years and played elder scroll games since daggerfall. i never lost faith once even all through the oblivion mess, the fallout 3 mess, the fallout new vegas mess... i actually felt sorry for the guys who created such amazing games only to have the shine taken from them by bugs and by people bashing them after all their hard work. but i just can't takethis sort of rubbish anymore.

i really bought all the talk about how this was a new engine and how hard they were going to work to make this game of the year and how they learned a lot from oblivion and fallout 3 and nv. i've supporyed them and talked them up for years as have millions of fans around the world andthey can't even be bothered to address the people affected, the fans, on the "official" forums. instead they leave it to some marketing guy to put vague posts on twitter that don't even say sorry to the people affected or even say they are aware this is a major problem and that people are'nt imagining it. way to show respect to your fans guys. even a "we have heard you guys are having problems with the game. just to say we know there are problems but promise we will do our very best to get them all fixed as quick as we can. thanks for your support". how difficult would that be? even a "sorry this has happened again. we will patch it asap" would do

looks like all they care about is the money and not about making the ultimate games like they always say.

please let us know ON HERE that you know we even exist and that your doing something. i bumped a topic that was a letter to todd howard, why don't you reply to it mate? don't you think you owe us that much for the amazing career we have given you and since you've been project lead on elder scrolls games since morrowind, through oblivion, onto fallout 3, not sure about new vegas , then onto skyrim? don't you think you should offer up some sort of apology that everyone of those games that YOU were project lead on was sold in a broken state? and yet me and the rest of the fans stuck by you. come on mate, grow a pair and respond to us yourself and tell us how this happened to one of your games yet again and tell us what is getting done about it

I actually think Skyrim is amazing! This game has the most amazing day/night/weather system I have ever seen, the user interface is slick, and the quests are just as fun as ever. It's just got some lag problems the further you get into the game so hopefully the patch will fix it.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that when I have a certain mask on my head disappears...wonder of that's normal.

Mine does that too. Sometimes it shows my head, sometimes it doesn't... Doesn't bother me too much though, I play in 1st person 99% of the time anyway, I just like to look at my character every now and then.

i love skyrim too. i think it would be the best game i have ever played. i just don't know for sure because it won;t let me play it bethesda is the patron saint of amazing games and the daedric princes of broken dreams. and games

ok this whole Frame rate shiut is turning into [censored], the guy said they are addressing the frame rate drop in the ps3 in the next patch, till then cut the dramatic shadow puppet [censored]..

your right. thats part of the point in having forums deticated to a specific topic. it lets people who want to put something across to others interested in the same thing have their say. it also, as you pointed out, lets you express your anger about issues you feel strongly about in an enviroment filled with people experiencing the same thing, which has the effect of making you not feel so bad about it as you know your not on your own.

i just don't get why people who are'nt exeriencing game breaking issues are'nt away playing the game instead of trolling this forum.why would they do that? why are they here?
i've never understood people who take pleasure in other peoples misfortune, especially those who then try to annoy the people having the misfortune in an attempt to make them feel worse.
