[Request] Orcish Helmet - Topknot Removal

Post » Tue May 15, 2012 9:17 pm

So I had this plan to reskin the Orcish helmet, but also wanted to remove the topknot (as it's pretty damned ugly). I got it loaded in Nifskope, but the topknot is integrated, and that's where my skills end, as I am not a modeler. I know how to remove specific sections of a NIF if it's divided into them, but that's it.

I am asking if a kind soul with some modeling skills out there might not spend a little while and remove the topknot (especially from the female version). this includes not just the strings, but the large notch they come out of. Smoothing that over a little would be best. I will then handle the reskin, as I'm pretty good with that (usually). If I was allowed by the modeler to release the reskin, they would get full credit for clipping the ugly off the top.

Thanks for any replies.

If anyone is willing to help, I would be ridiculously grateful <3
