I've set my windows sound volume to max, and in game to max as well, but it still feels pretty quiet to me. It's certainly not so loud that it hurts my ears which is what you'd expect from putting the sound volume on max. Anyone else experiencing this?

Also, I can't control my sound using my keyboard "extra" buttons in-game. Have to alt+tab to change it.
