Every single steam game I own does not allow me to get achievements while I play in offline mode. Skyrim is the exception. I've been getting them all day! Anyone notice this, or is it just me? I have no Internet here, and had to activate at my moms, so it's not like steam can be connected without my knowing. Strange...
