what will this company do for thoose whitout internett connection for owners of this game?

will they be able to get a new uptade on cd or someting for free on site?
or will they be able to get a full refound including shipping?

Unfortunately for those without an internet connection you are SOL. You will forever have an unpatched game until you get access to an internet connection.

I suppose you can't do anything =/ I know its pretty out of order I know... but there might be a patch where you can download it to your system by USB or something, like some other games do, but not sure if Skyrim can or not, and yes I know thats if they can get to a PC with the internet lol

They would have to wait for and purchase the GOTY edition to get the patch, without connecting to the internet.

I was hoping that they would let you download the patch to a USB drive :/, but if that does not happen, I'll just take my ps3 to my uncles to download it over there.

if the pacth can't fix the lag issue..i'm sure skyrim will not be GOTY...

you forget oblivion got goty and it is unpatched for the major bugs same goes for fallout 3

I'am such a big fan and i think after 40 hours pure pleasureness i can say this IS the best game of this year (for me all time) but i would lying if im saying that this is worth a goty. I think its really out of the competition now. This freaking bug/lag/failure of this game makes it unbelieveble for beeing the "best" game of the year. Im really hoping that bethesda can proof me wrong with an early patch but anyhow i think its unfair, no matter if the patch works, to celebrate this game because there are millions of peoples which have no psn-account or internet on their ps3

It's actually not as common as you might think for someone to not have an internet connection on their PS3. Definitely not in the millions. Probably not even in the hundreds of thousands or the tens of thousands. From what I've seen, it's actually pretty rare in this day and age for any PS3 owner to not have internet access on their console. Only thing I can see is if the person is poor and can't afford broadband or they are in an area where broadband does not exist, i.e. Iraq or something (perhaps stationed in Iraq or Afganistan, that I can see).

So, moral of this story, don't blow things out of proportion.

Anyway. Yeah, if you don't have internet access for whatever reason, your best bet is to wait for the GOTY edition, which will come whether anyone here thinks it's worthy or not.
