Help Please! Arrows Stuck In Body?

I have 2 arrows stuck in me? Is there a fix?

Yes. Go find a dead body or container (barrel, chest, sack, etc.) and place ALL of your arrows from your inventory into the container. Then take them all back out and place them back in your inventory. It should fix it.

I have done it twice now (today actually)
