I'd be interested in a mod that allow you to recycle the armors/weapons you don't need instead of selling them without getting much gold. What I mean by recycling is being able to melt down an iron sword and get some Iron from it. To avoid cheating or abuse of forging, recycling and forging it again, I guess it would be fair to recycle half of what's needed in iron to forge the item in question.

This kind of mod would certainly make the game more enjoyable for me

I think such a system is something that should have been included in the game. I mean...you got everything you need in front of you, but can't throw your stuff into the forge haha

It's funny, i was thinking along the same lines when i first used the forge, i tried to throw a old bounty note into the lava and nothing happend. (Sadface)

Yes I've been looking for something like this as well. It'd make sense to be able to smelt whatever you find again. My experience is that this could really help your smothing skills too, as I think it takes way too long to raise them now. So, yes, I'd download a mod like this immediately.

never sell any metal you get...any fur/pelt/hide I don't know how it's called in the english version of the game. keep all of it, make leather and when you have a big bunch of iron make iron daggers....like a hundred of them and it will level up pretty fast
