[OBNOXIOUS] Soulgems

So, that shiny, hard to find Black Soul Gem just ate a Mudcrab, awesome.

Hopefully TNO will be along to Skyrim and we will get a version of Soulgem Magic (at some point, SkSE and whatnot), until then could someone please at least institute a check that makes sure a Soulgem can't pick up a soul smaller than it's maximum? Anything at all like that?

Soulgems with the same level of soul also are not all equal (in price at least, while they vary a bit on Recharge, it doesn't seem to affect enchanting), I don't understand why this is, but it is. Fixing this would be rad, but the above needs to fixed asap.

At least they stack this time, though you have to dump them all in a container then exit and pull them all out again.

I'd like to see a soul catching item that's resuable that you can transfer the soul within it into a soul gem for permanent storage, or use it to recharge your magical items. If you kill a creature with a more powerful soul than it is already storing, it is then overwritten by it.
