I have been having this issues with screen tearing in RAGE.I tried to force Vsync on in Catalyst Control Center but it doesn't work.I tried everything that I found on this forum and still no luck.This Vsync issue makes the game unplayable for me.Will there be a patch to fix this or maybe I didnt try everything to fix this? There are some fixes that I found on this forum but they are Nvidia related fixes,and since I have an AMD/ATI card,that won't work for me.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

set the game resolution equal to your desktop res my friend till its fix
