This is my last visit to these forums and website. I beat the game 2 weeks ago, and still no patch for better graphics. The game wasnt good enough to keep me checking on the new patch. This will most likely be the last ID game I buy. They certainly dropped the ball since doom3.

Some sort of information about this would certainly be nice.

There are many with you man. I'm not exactly sure where id is trying to go and why they continue to treat their fans like S&it. I was really pissed when the latest Wolfenstein came out just like you, but Rage has actually made me an id fan again. I haven't experienced any problems what so ever since installing the game. The only thing is being a cheap console port, and the cheapness that comes with it on the PC market. But I try to look at the good and being a console port has allowed id to maintain very smooth gameplay with their crazy level design. I try to keep that in mind when I get pissed at them and with Rage it has helped. Just be glad they didn't release Doom 4 in Rages place, id would be trampled roadkill if they had. Maybe that's why they rushed Rage to fix Doom 4...maybe Rage was never intended to be nonother than a decoy for Doom 4.

this decoy has no heart, PLUS you cannot see the decoy clearly enough because it is blurry
