I'm leaving this, mainly, as a message to the developers. These have been quite frequent / replicated and have detracted from game-play. I don't know which of these have been already mentioned. And I know arrows being permanently lodged into our characters is a common lament, however, I'm no exception to this experience. With that said, here are the rest:
Dragon skeletons: they randomly appear in different spots upon entering the general area it was slayed. And the spell Revnant sends them flying — like I'm playing The Force Unleashed and just did a force push.
The Archmage's Robes (why that's pluralized, I don't know) combined with the Morokei often creates a Headless Horseman effect. While my character has the hood, the actual head isn't rendered.
When fast traveling with a companion, horse, and dog to the College of Winterhold, a couple times I found everyone hovering high above the ground ... resulting in a deadly free fall.
I can't drop the following quest items, after completing their relative quest: Arondil's Journal part 1, 2, 3, and 4; and any of the Bard College's instruments.
During the Forswarn Conspiracy quest: After confronting Thonar, a guard would walk in and interfere, or the necessary event, to progresses the quest, wouldn't trigger after the fight was over.
