After completing this quest I attempted to return to Farkes for my reward. When I spoke to Farkes he instead told me that Skjor was looking for me and I had to go speak with him. For some reason this interaction eliminated by ability to turn the quest into Farkes so I can't complete it. If anyone has any ideas I'd much appreciate it.
