How can I open Skyrim on my secondary monitor (tv)? I can drag the game to the tv in windowed mode, but after that it's not possible to maximize.

If it's not possible now, please make an option in the launcher in a future patch to select a monitor on which to open the game.

Why don't you just set your TV to be the primary monitor if your graphics driver utility?

That would be an option. But I'd have to do that everytime I want to play the game. After that all my shortcuts and gadgets are messed up because of the resolution change of the primary monitor.
