Quest chain with a very unique reward.

I'll put in spoiler tags just in case...

Spoiler
I have seen a few people mention a quest chain that has a reward of 5 perk points. What quest chain is it? I'd like to do it early on in the game if I can.

It's the Hermaeus Mora daedric quest. And from what I've heard you will ,as before, need to complete all other daedric quests first

Any idea where one would go to start these quests?

The Daedric Shrines scattered around the country, same as in Oblivion and Morrowind.

This opens up the possibility that we will in fact get perks from sources other than just leveling up, exciting news!

Ahh, okay. Just didn't know if there was one place in particular.

Sounds good. Hopefully no soul trapping this game though.

Useful news for moders, as you can use the same system to add extra perks as an quest reward or even sell them for 50.000 gold as an money sink.

Better would be if for higher level perks, you actually needed to pay a skill master to teach you in a session, and those sessions would have cost a lot.

You could choose a lower level perk after gaining a level, but you had to find the proper teacher to learn higher level perks, and after the lessons, the perk point would be removed.
