The back button is currently used to progress time; this functionality will remain.

I suggest:

Double click to Quick save
Hold (2 secs) for quick load.

Definitely needed. I am a nervous and compulsive saver, and it looks bad having a save count in the hundreds... what happens at 999 saves, does the count tick over? These would all be quicksaves on a PC.
