So an arrow got glitched into me and it just wouldn't go away but I was able to figure out how. and is how I got rid of it.

Please note that I cannot guaranty this will fix the glitch for you, this is just how I was able to remove the arrow.

To remove the glitched arrow that is stuck into you, you have to use the power beast form to turn yourself into a werewolf, the arrow then should disappear and when beast form wears off the arrow should now be gone.

I've also been told that getting shot with another arrow will fix it, but I haven't put that to the test yet.

what about the dumb ice shards that stick in you and appear suddenly when you switch to 3rd person that fade and come back periodically making you load back 20 minutes ago.

That has yet to happen to me. but you could try the same thing that gets rid of the arrows.

I luckily haven't had any glitches except for the texture issue. I do get arrows stuck in me but when my health regenerates to 100% they go away.

Goingwerewolf worked for me, but my ice shard wouldn't fade and come back, it was just always there, so I'mnot sure if it's the same thing
