Whenever I create a new game save, it will simply not appear on the load list. If I save over another file, it will just delete the save file. The only way I seem to be able to save is though autosave. The only console command I've used is showracemenu to change around some of my character's facial features, but I never changed anything significant like his race or whatever.

So what gives?
