I was going about mynormal bussiness stealing questing that sort of thing when i decied to fast traveling then i notice my character would not move and was stuck in 3rd person could only jump and swing weapons use magic but could now walk or even turn.The only thing that seems to spin is the camera. Reloading the cache (on xbox but i saw a youtube vid where it happens on ps3 aswell )or fast traveling did not help or restarting the game or console,being killed or being sent to prison has not helped resolve the issue. Worse is it seems to affect all saves from my first save up to my current ones heard a rumour of faulty discs hope it can be fixed by a patch. So watch out it may happen to you aswell i might have to make a new character which i really dont want to do!!!

Anyway to get a bethesda employee to comment on this? If its a faulty disc get a new one from them. If they wont give it then sue them. You paid at least $60 for a product and they sent you a broken one. I love this game but a company that wont fix its glitches or even comment on them to the fanbase is just frusturating.

well more like ￡38.99 (dont know how much that is in dollars) gonna try get a new one or just re-seal it and send it back to amazon for a refund i did message the guy who posted the 1.2 patch update but havent heard anything yet hope this doesnt go badly cause when i finish Uni i wanted to get a job at bethesda.

Oh thank god i think i got it to work now after forcing my character to move my making him do a strong punch they could move but would only if they stopped they would freeze again. So i tried to change the third person button instead in settings and somew how changing it to a has made it work again. Hope it doesnt bug out majorly again.
Edit: nope accidentally screwed up and changed the start menu button so now i cant save or check quests
