I thought with all the latest updates this had been fixed!! can anyone help please??

I have the latest (I think its 11.10) drivers for my card,I have changed settings in the game and the CCC but still the same problem.All my other games run fine,so please dont make me regret my purchase and help me play this funky looking game.

PS: doesn't fix the low textures, but it does make whats there look better and run better. IMO

GFX card didnt even wanna install the latest version of the 11.10 drivers.So I tried again with the standard 11.10 drivers and the .dll you posted and now the game doesnt even launch.So deleted that and added '+jobs_numThreads 0' to the steam shortcut,and turned the cat AI on and I got a larger area of textures that were not black and blocky....still unplayable tho

OK kinda got it working with the last fix I posted,but now whenever I enter a new area it CTD's.

Damn I was so close,game seems pretty good fun as well

Its still kinda working even tho it shouldnt,everything in the CCC is set to max(which makes my other games nigh on unplayable),OpenGL is off but still it crashes when it loads a new area.

Anyone know where I stand with this??is there an official tech support section???is the tech support worth contacting?? Or as usual are we left with the kindness of the community helping each other,rather than Id making some official noises.

Its annoying had a day off work today so installed this before I went too bed expecting too have some gaming on my day off,all Ive been doing is setting this,changing that and downloading patches....what next Id/Bethesda?

Don't do that for starters. Put them back to application controlled, or equivalent, where appropriate.

cheers mate! but I do that and it instacrashes when the map loads,only way it works is with everything on in the CCC,map loads I saved on then it crashes when I enter new area...mighty strange.

I'm sure you don't want to hear this but i have same hardware as you except I have an nvidia card. It works fine for me. That is an option you may want to look at. I got a 9800gt ( somewhat outdated but game runs just fine). A mid level card will fix MOST problems...Or wait for ati to get it together.
