I started to get CTD and i had no idea why , so i just started using the TESV.exe (not the launcher) , this way Steam does not annoy me with messages of nonsense and i haven't crashed.
Also the http://www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.php seems to help a lot (backup your original TESV.exe just in case).

I swear there's a memory leak somewhere that's causing the client to crash so much. ><

It was crashing on me at random even when just looting, i was playing with those 2 thingyes for 3 hours and no crash , now i will get back to the game and cross fingers lol , the strange thing is i was playing fine with no crashes for like 30 hours , then after getting my 1st house and the companion (i leave her at home) i started to random crash , but every time i get back to that home i get a message "your companion got annoyed of waiting blablah" but she is still there , i dunno if this has something to do with he crashes lol
