Apperently steams been hacked.... amd's laying off workers... didn't bethesda get hacked a wile back as well... Is rage the hamlet of internet distribution??? A curse! just? it's not just, man. you have no idea what's happened. if this is easily solved, steam forum could already get back to normal. but it's been 5 days. I've never seen something like this case. something was really [censored] up.

Well, they got a hold of people's email addresses and sent them links to their site. They also changed a thread to their site link. http://arstechnica.com/gaming/news/2011/11/steam-forums-down-following-apparent-hack.ars

The steam client is up and running just fine. I don't really see any of this as that big of a deal.

believe or not, there are many people who depend on steam forum. sounds funny, huh? but it's true.
