I'm getting this constantly.

When I open a body or chest and hit "R" to take all sometimes it flat crashes to desktop. Other times it adds a copy of something already in the chest that I have in my inventory to the chest contents when "R" is pressed, which I am presuming is not proper behavior and changes the options to "Equip, Store, Favorite". I would have a hard time believing these two issues are unrelated.

Not sure what more information I can provide that would be helpful, is there any crash log?

P.S. On a happy note I'm not having any other problems except this.

Had similar issues earlier today, couldn't recreate the scenario on cue though.
