So, I'm not exactly sure what is going on here, but I've noticed the past few times I've opened my skills that my two-handed skill is lower than it should be (it is sitting at 15 right now), and the number is highlighted red, as if I had some adverse affect debuffing it. I've checked many times in my magic menu under active effects and there's nothing that is hindering my two-handed skill. No armour I am wearing is causing it.

I switch between a two-handed waraxe and a glass bow for fighting, using both equally, so I know my two-handed skill should be higher than 15. Anyone have any idea why it is like it is?
