I have two weapons in my favourites menu and I have also hot keyed them, bow is left d-pad (1) and hammer is right d-pad (2).
Switching between these using said hotkeys while crouching or standing still is fine but if I do it while walking/fast walking or sprinting then the game starts to lag for a few seconds but goes back to normal.
