Anyone heard back e-mail-wise about refunds?

I asked Bethesda support cordially how I might get a refund 2 days ago, as my game is absolutely unplayable (can't talk to / activate 1/4 items or ncps, skippy as hell) and still haven't received any response. Guess it might be a while, but just curious: Anyone heard anything back they can C&P?

I've also called their offices and got transferred to tech support. My question was about warranty however. Amazing how different people tell you different things. This company is pulling some shady stuff. File a report with the Better Business Bureau, I'm sure Bethesda has a ranking on there or at least Zenimax. It will affect it.

Did you buy your game from the Bethesda headquarters? If you are looking for a refund you need to get it from the retailer that sold it to you.
