First of all, anyone know anything more of the creation kit? In the other TES games, the creation kit was released with game launch (as I recall). If an Bethesda employee is reading this, please note that just a "we are working on it" update is appreciated. Last one is from 10th of November, which is a while ago.

And, do anyone know how to make custom skins for skyrim? For example taking a steel armor, and adding an image to it? If anyone know how you do it, or know where I can get the info for it, it would be really appreciated if you could post it here.

Well the game has gone gold and a collectors edition has been released but no construction/creation kit yet. I had a bit of a google around and there is supposed to be a patch coming after thanksgiving, though that probably translates as sometime one day or another. Not sure Id want to collect a game that has no modding kit, doesnt sound like a total package to me just yet.

I need bookcases, jewelry boxes, camping gear and lots of other stuff and gameplay enhancements.

Trust me when I say that you're better off making sure the game patch gets released, instead of having the kit now; and having half the modders pull their hair out in frustration (like Oblivions patch) upgrading to a new kit patch.
