Whenever I start a game the intro video plays fine, then the fps just drops to less than 1. After exchanging emails with bethesda they had me; re-install Rage, re-install DirectX 11, delete my drivers then install the recommend one (11.10 preview 2 or something like that), then do this again to no sucess.

I'm running:
Intel i5 (overclocked to 3.0GHz)
Gigabyte motherboard
Sapphire ATI 5830 1Gb
4Gb DDR3
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I'd try the newest 11.11c driver.

Your drivers are out of date. use 11.11c

Do a clean of old video drivers before updating to the latest 11.11c.

I have up to date 11.11c drivers and my situation is precisely the same. Frame rate is like 0.25 after opening cinematic. Nothing seems to work. Rage quit.
