PC Gamer Podcast on ESO

Post » Wed May 16, 2012 9:37 am

The latest PC Gamer Podcast episode quickly touched on ESO, and the hosts sounded like it was not going to be good. Obviously, they said they were unable to talk details because of the embargo. They did say they've seen hours of footage from it and talked to all the lead devs. Their voices sounded very deflated and unenthusiastic. One host even said "I don't think the lack of first person will be the main reason ESO will lose fans."

Just thought this was interesting. I'm curious to see more of this game get unearthed at E3.

Hmm.. doesn't sound too promising. Then again.. I didn't even know PC Gamer still existed.

One mans rubbish...

Not saying it'll be amazing, but take people's personal and professional opinions, as opinions.

Judge the game yourself :)

Someone COD gets amazing reviews every year. For the same crap they throw out year in year out. One of the reasons I dont trust reviews.

I don't know which one you listened to, but the one I googled just now ... sounds totally different. They don't even know which factions are in the game, and it doesn't seem like they saw anything of the game at all.

Do you have a link?

Yes, please - link us. I'd like to hear their "deflated unenthusiastic" tone for myself.
