Alright, I know this game is glitched...bad; but a couple people i know have done this and I can't...

I have finished Civil War (siding with the Stormcloaks) and I have helped 5/5 citizens. Ulfric will not say anything about Thane to me and when i ask the steward about the house...he gives me a "its available...but not yet"

I have walked out the front door of Windhelm and fast traveled somewhere then came back via the stables four times, went to the graveyard and not a damn thing...

I am so sick of this game I am ready to throw it off the wall; does anyone have any ideas? I just want to buy this house because people have told me how sweet it is...HELP ME!!!
