Hilarious and tragic

Reading through the seemingless endless posts on this forum is cracking me up and at the same time bringing me down.

I love love love the games that Bethesda makes. I've been a fan since Morrowind and they will always be one of my favorite studios. I realize that their games are ambitious and bigger than life. I also realize that no other game can even compare to the scope of these types of games. I don't expect their Q.A. Team to be able to find ALL the troubles in Skyrim and have them addressed but this game is taking the problem to a whole new level. The amount of hang ups and numerous types of game breaking glitches are pushing the limits of a consumers patience.

More than half of the problems people are posting are things that probably wouldn't necessarily break the game, however will make it annoying and unenjoyable but technically you can put your expected 100 hours into it. All the while, the remaining problems do in fact stop the game entirely. And this isn't Pac-man for christs sake, a gamer will put tons of time into making a kick ass character and just to have it all go away because of a glitch is so upsetting. I know that there are sometimes options to get around SOME of these but not all.

The problem I posted earlier I have little hope for getting resolved due to the shear amount of other problems that need addressing and seem even more aggravating than my own which, for the record, was a complete disappearance of all background music and sound effects like spells, foot steps and weather effects like wind. It's like having your character wearing a hearing aid that is on the fritz.

I don't usually write these types of complaints on the Internet and the only reason I'm doing it now is because I really do love Bethesda and I'm equally frustrated and disappointed with their release of this game. They knew this game was buggy to the extreme and I'm guessing had a meeting or two about either holding off on the release to address the problem as there was NO WAY they werent aware of it, or letting us do the Q.A. for them and dealing with the back lash of unhappy customers. IMO they chose wrong.
