So I have 6 dragon souls, and I decide to try to unlock one of my shouts, but when I go to do this, it tells me "dragon souls are required to unlock shouts".

After that, I went to kill a dragon and see if I got another soul that maybe it would fix itself. This did not work. I did notice after I killed it, it didn't begin to disintigrate and I didn't even get the shout from it.


The game was working 100% for me before I installed the latest patch yesterday. Is this a common problem or is there something I can do to fix it?

*UPDATE* - The dragon that I killed was a respawned dragon, so it wasn't supposed to have a soul. The other problem is still occuring though.
