Unpack the BSAs with FOMM.

You'll need to find out where your games .bsa files are stored. I would look but I'm still at work

EDIT: Err, umm actually I think my link was for optimizing BSA archives of it's duplicate files. Still useful

Use http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34. It will unpack any of the Skyrim BSAs.
