Hi, i really don't like the dubbing voices ... so i would like to know if i can play with english voices (that is sure because it's steamwok) but with subtitles in french ?

I don't know what is the texte file ... can't find it.

You'd need the english audio file ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\rage\base\english.streamed", Size: 251 MB) and put it in your games directory, maybe rename it to "french.streamed" or something, but unfortunately it's illegal to distribute game files so I can't upload the file for you

Can't you just change the language of the game in Steam? I'm pretty sure you can.

if you change the language in steam it change both of them voice and text at same time
