No sound after laoding new level : Othor Games

I finally got Rage to work after installing AMDs 12.1 driver, but i still have an issue every time a new level loads: sound stops working altogether. The only way I found to fix it is to save, quit and restart. Any ideas on how to fix this?

You'll need to provide some info for anyone to help. What are your system specs? What is your audio device?
